Qlik View NPrinting Compatible version for Qlik View 12.20

Hi Team,

Currently we have Qlik View 12.20 installed on our machine.

We want to get Qlik View NPrinting installed on the same box.

Can you please advise / suggest which is stable Qlik View NPrinting version to get it install so that it can be compatible with current Qlik View 12.20 version.

We are having Win server OS.

Please suggest / advise.

always go for the latest!

for QlikView NPrinting go for 16.9

although if this is fresh install i would suggest going for Qlik NPrinting September 2019 (19.29.3)

Just check release notes on official download website...

So for v16 SR 9

Qlik NPrinting 16.9 officially supports QlikView 12.20 SR4, SR5, SR6, SR7 and SR8.

Qlik NPrinting 16.9 officially supports QlikView 12.30.

v16 SR 8 Qlik NPrinting 16.8 officially supports QlikView 12.20 November 2017 SR3

edit:

For Qlik NPrinting check official website help.qlik.com for info, but QV12.2 is supported for some time already

Hello,

I would like to mention that if you are going to jump to Qlik NPrinting 19.x, it is advisable that you have a Dedicated Server and Service Account for NPrinting especially if this is a Production environment.

I am notating a knowledge article here:

With Local Connections the heavy lifting is done on the NPrinting Server.
With QVP / Clustered Connections the heavy lifting is done on the QlikView Server.

yes @Eva_B is right.

I would go one step further and say. That if you go for NPrinting  17 and bove you MUST have dedicated server and service account running services or your environment will not be supported.
