Qliksense Nprinting Chart Condition Not Working

We have defined condition in nprinting report which states if Chart 'has values' then only users should get a mail however this condition does not work properly even if my chart does not have any value the mail gets triggered. Has anyone experienced this issue?

It's working now.  Thanks for the help setting this up.  I have one additional question. When does section access get applied if i wanted to add it to my report?  Will the condition apply before or after section access?

In my testing section access is applied first

I don't see the option to mark as correct solution

it is purple button next to each response which looks like this.  You need to be logged in as a person who created a question!
