Qlikview application which reads Log file of NPrinting for reading request of AD-Hoc/On-demand req

Hi team,

is there any qlikview application which helps to read NPrinting log files and tells how many ad-hoc/On-Demand requests are initiated and how many time job is scheduled.

You can view ad hoc requests for On Demand in NPrinting here if you have on of the later versions including April 2019 and later versions. June 2019 release.

Other ad hoc requests such as connection and publish task executions have long been available in the interface as well and are also available in the latest release of NPrinting.

Reporting this information directly from the NP postgres database is not recommended at this time.

I want to develop dashboard by reading NPrinting log files so user can easily read how many times they requested for ad-hoc request for a particular application.

I am using NPrinting 16 version.

When you post a new question in the community or send a ticket to the support service, please, specify the version of all softwares you are using from the beginning.

Hi,

There is not an official .QVW to monitor QlikView NPrinting 16.* logs. You can check the suggested ones and maybe modify them to met your requirements. Before to start I suggest you to check that the source logs have all the information you need.

If somebody developed a solution it will be useful to share it.
