Hi,

It seems a network issue or the Qlik NPrinting Web Server temporary stopped but without the possibility to reproduce it we cannot be sure about what was the cause.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi,

When posting a new question in the community please invest the time needed to supply all information that can help us to understand (screenshots, steps to reproduce, etc) and always include the label with the correct version of the software you are using.

Your error message seems a connection problem. So be sure your internet connection is up and running and check that all Qlik NPrinting services are running on the Server. Be also sure that you opened the required ports.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi Ruggero,

Currently we are running in Qlik Nprinting May 2021 Version:21.14.3.0. All services are running and port is opened during the time we faced the issue. We are not able to reproduce the issue again.

Hi,

So it is working now? If not, can you try to login via RDP on the Qlik NPrinting server and try to connect to the Web Console from a local browser? I want to check if locally it is working.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
