Recipients Import Task does not delete all

Hi,

Somehow, a recipient import task does not work as expected:

  1. I have defined a recipient import based on a QlikView object. The import includes mapping to Group 1 and Filter1 definitions.
  2. In The Import  task defined , I checked the Delete All option.
  3. The first import run created the defined group with all the recipients
  4. Deleting a recipient from QlikView  and rerunning the task, does not delete the recipient from NP Recipients  list.
    It still has its record, unchecked in the imported column.

Any idea how to resolve it?

What seems to cause the issue was a duplicate field (ID).

(An indication of duplicates is received after import is executed).

Once I mapped that field as Custom, the issue was resolved, and recipients were deleted as expected.

I face similar issue. could you please let me know what field you have mapped as custom ?
