Report failed due to user id disabled

Hello All

I am new in the qlik sense Nprinting report section

I have two reports failed frequently on almost every monday.after that when i manually triggered it ran successfully. But I need to fix this problem .I have attached screenshot for same 

please help me over this.

Hi,

Based on the second error message the report generation is failing due to a wrong filter. The filter is returning an empty dataset. Similar issues are already discussed here in the community so you could give a check at related messages. You could also refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Static-dynamic-fi... . Filters can be applied to tasks, reports, users and objects. You have to check all filters you have applied and be sure that they are returning valid data sets.
