Run batch file from nprinting scheduler 16.6

Hi,

I have a batch file. I want to schedule the batch file via nprinting scheduler.

Is there any option to schedule this?

Thanks

This i my solution:

As you cannot run batch files directly from NPrinting 16 you still have a QlikView reload task there. You can create a small QlikView document where in script you will place EXECUTE statement. Then in NPrinting you can schedule your task to reload QlikView app and during this reload batch file will be triggered. Make sure you create your app with user who runs NPrinting service so you can check whether it will have access to execute statement.

see here how to prepare QlikView document:

Execute command in the script requires System A... | Qlik Community

voila - simple

cheers

Lech

Hi Arvind,

Thanks for reply.

Can you tell me one thing, is there any possibility to run an external task via NPrinting scheduler?

HI Samrat,

N Printing  is used to send auto email throw app  through available data  into  Qlikview or Qliksense Apps. You can not handle other task (Apps) through Nprinting.

Thanks,
