Sending NPrinting reports to a network folder: What should you check in order to write successfully to a shared network folder?

Hello,

We have about 50 reports that  want to send to through NPrinting to network folders.

In terms of read / write access to these folders, what should we check?

I think NPrinting account on the NPrinting server has to have read / write access to the desired network folder, is that right?

It is quite simple:

NPrinting account needs full access to this file share. It needs to be able to read/write and also overwrite files in this location - i call it "FULL CONTROL".

My suggestion is to give read only access to this location for all other users so files will not get locked down by users. Opening some files by users could prevent nprinting user from overwriting it in location and possibly cause task errors.
