Set time out for Running report

Hi,

I found that sometimes one of my reports stock on running status,

It's cuse the other report to wait and not to be generate.

I want to make the report failed by setting time out .

Is there any idea how to do that?

Hi,

You did not tell us what version of software you are using so i am assuming NPrinting June 2019 with Qlik Sense...

No, there is no time out option. If your report gets stuck it indicates that it is not desigend properly and should be reviewed.NPrinting 17+ has mechanisms which deal with issues like stucking and they will generate ERROR (for example: exceeded maximum number of retries...)

More information about your environment/connection type/configuration and also report (including report template ) would be helpful to solve this  issue
