Time between Start Content resolution and finished content resolution

Hi everyone,

I would like to understand what can be the reason that it took 12 hours from NPrinting when it starts content resolution to finish that. NPrinting log files were updated for the first 5 hours, then it stops to produce any logfile, then after a couple of hours, NPrinting starts updating log files. That goes the same at the QlikView server as well.

Ran the task at 8:22 PM

The log  was producing until 11:23 PM - stops

Log files wee updating at 8:23 AM
