USE NPrinting to Split a Table into multiple Excel files by region field!

Hi everyone,

     Recently I meet a problem.I want to use the NPrinting to Split a Table in QVW into multiple Excel files by region field and send these excel files to different administrators in every region,every administrator just get the file of his own region.

     Could you tell me how to do ?

     The table in qvw like this:

     After Split the table like these:

1.png

2.png

etc.

     I want send these excel files to the administrators in every region.The administrator in ANHUI just get the file of ANHUI.

The way to do this is:

1) Build the report you want

2) Create a filter for each province

3) Create a recipient for each administrator in each region:

How to Create and Import Recipients with Filters and Distribution Groups

4) Add the appropriate filter to each recipient

5) Build a report task

How to Create Tasks

6) Add the report and the recipients to the task.

7) Run the task - a separate report will be created for each recipient with the data for their region only.

NB Steps 3 and 4 can be replaced with an automated process which is described in:
