Update or not update NP?

Hi expert, i read some articles to recommend NOT update NPrinting 16 to 17 Yet?

anybody have any suggestion or case to know your expierence?

NOT Update

Hi,

We never had 16, but we bought 17. Since we bought it over a year ago, we've been unable to use it due to a fundamental bug (OP-1610) which meant none of the reports we created and scheduled actually update with new data, despite the source QVW's updating. As you can imagine, that renders the product useless. We've been told on a number of occasions that the bug will be fixed in the next release (and again with 17.3 which is due anytime), but we've given up and asked for a refund.

OP-1610 has been fixed in NPrinting 17.3 which is now available for download.
