Way to schedule same report for diifferent surgeon ?

Hi All,

I have a report name Surgeon Level Report in Nprinting.

How can I schedule reports for each surgeon that means each surgeon will only receive their report. Where their information is highlighted.

Hi,

This is basic usage of Qlik NPrinting an it is very well documented in the official help site at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Introduction.htm. I suggest you to start from the Getting Started tutorial.

Please note that Qlik NPrinting is an enterprise class software so, before starting to use it, you need training.

Thanks for the document to go through.

In my senario , I have got 10 surgeon to whom I have to send the report separately

So ,

1.I have created 10 filter with the Surgeon Name.

2.Then create 10 seperate task and map the filter accordingly.

Is the way correct , or there is any other way to resolve this.

In your scenario I suggest:

1. read and do by yourself the Getting Started tutorial that also includes a case similar to your https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Get-started.htm
2. read the Design Reports https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/QlikView-NPr... at least the part for the type of report you want to develop and create a working prototype
3. by following https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Static-dynam... create the filters you need
4. by following https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/Recipients&Users/User-overview.... create or import the users you need
5. by following https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation... create the task or tasks you need

This is the common Qlik NPrinting reports development workflow and I strongly suggest you to start by studying the documentation otherwise you will lost a lot of time in trying unsuccessfully and asking already documented questions. You will not save time by skipping the training part, you need at least a basic training.
