Word Template Formatting Help

I have inserted a table into a page in my Word template.

The table is 2 rows too long and displays on 2 pages.  I have tried to resize the table by making the font smaller and converted from portrait to landscape but just can not get this table to display on a single page.

I am using the latest version of nPrinting and QS.

Also, any formatting that I do to the template does not seem to work.  For example I changed the Table Style under the design tab and saved the template.  The banded lines do not show when I preview the template.  I also tried to highlight one of columns in yellow.  That also does not show in the preview.

I figured it out.  I always forget to uncheck the box 'Keep Source Formats'

I unchecked that and of course my formatting then showed up.
