We are trying connect to qlikview cluster from nprinting.
But error appear:
Versions of server and desktop are the same.
We are tried all steps two times from this article:
https://support.qlik.com/articles/000058169
Also tried open report from desktop client, runned by domain user which used in nprinting engine service, and that ok.
QMC use our cert. Maybe it is affected?
If we choose local connection type that work fine.
If we choose server connection type than we got an error
We double checked that nprinting engine service user is in that groups on each node, like in manual.
domain\nprinting user(who run service nprinting engine)
part of a QlikView Administrators security group on ALL NODES of the cluster.
part of a Administrators security group on ALL NODES of the cluster.
part of a QlikView Management API security group on the server where QMS runs.
Qlik NPrinting February 2021
Version: 21.0.0.0
QlikView April 2020 SR4
Version: 12.50.20400.0
After switching to ntlm instead of certs authentication between nodes all work how it should.
Hi,
Run verification errors are explained in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Verify-connecti...
To connect to a QlikView document refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnect...
The second error means that the user who is running the Qlik NPrinting Engine Windows service is not in the Administrators group of the QlikView server.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
Thanks for answer!

What did I miss?
Hi,
Try to login in one of the computers where you are running the Qlik NPrinting Engine service, run QlikView Desktop with the same Windows Domain user that is running the Engine service and open the QVW from the cluster in QlikView Desktop. Does this work?
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Yes, we tried and it work well. I wrote about it in initial post.
Hi,
If you save the connection does the cache is generated?
If no did you checked the logs to see if there are some error messages that could help?
Best Regards,
Ruggero
In the case of server connection cache generated. But when we try to use cluster connection error appeared.
