delay in email possible?

Every week we send PDF to customers. because there are quite alot, when something goes wrong, it's quite some work to fix it.

Is it possible in any way to delay the message? So on monday i want to create the PDF's. next day do some manual checking. Wednesday send the PDF's

I could set a task list on monday without email. and on wednesday a copy of the task with mailing, but this will create quite some overhead because all the PDF needs to be re-created again, while they are already created and available.

Anyone have a better solution?

Hi, there is no way you can use single task to create pdfs and then send the same pdfs in email (with delay) using NPrinting.

What you can do is:

1. setup one task which only produces reports to pdf

2. setup second task which will run after some time and sent reports

I understand that sometimes report generation process can take huge amount of time, and my suggestion will not meet your requirements, but at this stage this is the only way you can do what you want to do.

As an alternative you can check with your SMTP guys if they can put a delay/queue on all emails sent from NPrinting?
