distribute report to multiple user folders

I created a report that has to be distributed to 12 multiple user folders.

So I created 12 dummy users, and 12 filters

Now it seems that I have to create per app, for every user a folder under "Destinations" , and  in every task I have to add that specific user folder in destinations.

Two questions :  1. can this be done more easily, am i overlooking something?

                                 2. What is the use of folder and subfolder when creating a user ?

Hi,

  1. when you manually create users, or import them via Excel file, in the Distribution tab add the folder or the subfolder for each user https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2020/Content/NPrinting/Recipients&Users/Create-users-...
  2. define the new Destination -> Folder that uses the user folder or subfolder as explained in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2020/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Folde...
  3. add the users in the publish task and set the folder as Destinations

You need to manage user access rights to each folder by using Windows folders permissions.
