email reports to BOX cloud storage

Hello all,

Need help with sending nprinting reports to BOX cloud storage folder via email, we have concluded that smtp settings work because we are able to send nprinting reports to Outlook inbox via a published task.   Any suggestions on the resolution will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If your SMTP work and you can send reports as emails then this is all what you need to do in NPrinting settings. Second thing is to set at least one existing NPrinting recipient (user/group) in your Publish task which will have rights to receive reports. This user can have email set as a receiving email for box upload or since you are using NPrinitng April 2020 you can use Alternate Email or Variable email to send report to suitable box folder. 

The other piece is to research BOX capabilities of receiving such email. Does your box allow for this type of upload?
