filter not applied to the report

Hi

I have a very simple report and a very simple filter. The filter has only one field and one value, but it did not apply to the report? Where should I be checking.

It used to work but it suddenly stopped working today

Nprinting is 18.39.6.0

Edit: i think i found out the issue but i do not know how to resolve it.

I used one App name however, i have two different connections. It seems that app picked the first connection even I used the 2nd connection. When I click the "Edit template " it automatically choose the first connection.

How do i change the connection in the template? I dont see anywhere to delete the connection either.

Thanks!filterfilter

When you adding an object to the template you are deciding which connection object comes from. The connection "dropdown" in template editor (in NPrinitng Designer) will be empty. Then when you for example right click on Images on left hand side and then click ADD objects... you will be able to choose the connection for the object.

There is no way you can change connection for entire template as each object can actually come from different connection within the same NPrinitng app.

Regarding filters-they are based on connections, so you have to create a filter for connection (or connections) you want to use.
