nPrinting - Force row height in excel template

How do I force a nPrinting excel template to have a fixed row height for the column headers?  It seems no matter what I adjust either in the chart within Qlikview or the excel template in nPritning it seems to ignore my settings.

I'm currently running QV 11.2 SR13 and nPrinting 16.4 SR4

I've tried searching the community for this but there doesn't appear to be an answer and I'm sure its a common requirement.

Cheers

Hi Richard,

Not sure what you mean. When I set the row height for the column header in the Excel template it persists in the final report.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for coming back to me.  I agree that when you create headers in the template that aren't related to the object's header from QV then they're maintained in the final report, however my report relies on the dynamic name of the column header in QV so I believe I'm forced to use the 'Show Header' property and it's my attempted formatting of that value that's being ignored.

Hi there.

Unfortunately not, I had to abandon using nPrinting and use another solution.

I have got the same issue since the upgrade from 16.0 to 16.5.

I'm thinking about downgrading again.
