nPrinting Question

I created a PowerPoint report.

Then I made changes to the Qlik Sense App that it is based on and added a column to one of the tables that I inserted into the Template.

I published the changes in Qlik Sense.

I then reloaded the metadata for the connection in nPrinting.

I then opened the report and clicked on Edit Template.

The change I made to the table is not showing up in the Template

What step or steps am I missing?

Mark - if you update the metadata, those changes are stored in the repository but not in the template object. Try adding the table to the list in NPrinting again and dragging-and-dropping where the old table was in the template.

Please let me know if that does not resolve the issue.

I actually created a brand new template and dragged the same table in and the change did not show up.

Can you try restarting the NPrinting services and create the template again?

Stopping and restarting the services worked.

But that doesn't seem like that should work that way?

I agree. We are working on a fix in the product that handles this automatically. This will be part of a future release.
