nprinting on demand not processing

I think I have setup NPinting on demand correctly but when I queue up an nprinting reporting it just stays in 'processing' and never completes.

I have:

1)     NPrinting server correcly licensed and up and running

2)     The nsq file included on the the server

3)     A configured nprinting report object

4)     The queud report works fine through designer and a normal nprinting schedule.

Anyone got any ideas why the on-demand is not working?

Hello David,

When you run the Ondemand, can you open the Task manager where your Nprint server is installed and check if there are two qv.exe applications running, If yes, can you close the one with less size and check, just a try, i had the same issue before.

2. I am sure you know this, but just another check here, when you created Ondemand buttons and give respective report setting values, we need to come out of the Webview mode, then save the qvw file, hope you have done this.
