nprinting with qlik view free analysis

Hi,

I'm new in qlik nprinting, I have an empty free analysis object in qlik view and I want to create a report based on this object with some fields like city, region, country, product.

How can I create it?

I should imprort the object and then how can I add some dynamic field inside object?

Thank you

Hi @P_qlik

Welcome to the NPrinting Community Forum!

I recommend that you a look at the following in order to get up to speed with NPrinting usage and solutions. Many of the question you will have are already available in online documentation, help pages and online training resources.

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/NPrinting-19-Platform-Requirements-Architecture-Install...

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Qlik-NPrinting-Training-and-Information-Resources-Step-...

Regarding your specific question, this involves understanding how to (if I understand your question correctly).

1. create a dynamic NPrinting filter ie: year(now()-1  See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Static-dynam...

2. how to create a basic report, connection and NPrinting app. See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Create-Excel-Repor...

3. Once you understand how to perform these basics  you can then add your dynamic NPrinting filter value to the table object inside your NPrinting designer template editor.

Again, I strongly encourage you to find some online training via the first links I provided. This will help to give you a strong foundation for connecting to, developing and distributing NPrinting reports going forward.

Kind regards...

@P_qlik

After some additional thought, I think you 'might' be referring to NPrinting On Demand.

There is configuration required before these reports can be executed.

See the following help pages.
