on demand nprinting server port

Trying to implement on demand printing for nprinting, looking at the documentation and I'm trying to find the port number I need to use.  Per documentation I'm using https://<servername>:4993/ but doesn't work.

If it isn't working for you then perhaps you may have missed important aspects of the installation and configuration requirements.
