proxy error on NPrinting 17.1.1.0

Hi Experts...

         Am successfully installed and generated cache for my .qvw connection on NPrinting 17.1.1 then i started to create connection for next (.qvw) which is 1.50GB size its connections get ok but cache status stucking on generating

         So i check the logs my engine & scheduler did not get any error but my web engine log shows (proxy: 2016/08/02 17:40:44 reverseproxy.go:275: http: proxy error: net/http: request canceled) then i restart my all services after restart i reload my connection which is get generated cache before the proxy error.. its connection status gets ok but again proxy error accrued  and cache stand on generating  

What kind of issue is this???

How can i resolve this ?? anybody suggesting me please its urgent

i had the same problem after i restarted all NPrinting Services it was ok again.

Yes Emmanuelle..am also updated NP17.2  now the proxy error were stoped
