unable to reload the qvw file from N printing server

Hi,

I am facing an issue in Nprinting server , where i am not able to reload qlikview document due to ODBC connector credential issue.

I am using one user id "Nprinting.ser" for nprinting server and i have a credential for the same in the database.

but when i am running the same from direct QVW or nprinting publisher , it is working fine but while running from server  am getting SQL error , which is nothing but i am able to access database via connector through Nprinting user.

Please suggest.

You may require to setup dsn for your server user which you are using to reload.

have you created the ODBC connection in the server ?

Does the QlikView Service account have access to the database as well?
