take a copy of that template and  change the name to normal [ because template name will be with 54fg6h.......]

after that create new report and   use as a custom template.

when you open the report on the browser bar you can see the app ID

and then search that in your Nprinting server folders

you will get the template which is used.

There is a button "Export" where you can save your report template and data in a Zip file. When you create another report you could replace there with a previously saved zip file.

Hi,

Please add more details if you want to increase the possibility to receive the correct answer fast (avoiding a lot of questions and answers messages).

What version of Qlik NPrinting are you using?

What kind of template do you want to duplicate?

The duplicate will be in the same Qlik NPrinting installation of the original document or in a different one? In the same Qlik NPrinting App with the same connection?

It is very hard to answer to too vague questions, so it is your advantage to explain well what you want to know.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
