Apply Odd or Even row style to entire row at same height

For Pixel Perfect using Levels,  how would I make the entire row have the same color style if one of the row values ends up with a larger height than the other values of my row?  Below is a simplistic mock up of what I mean.  The first mock up is what I am getting and it is ugly, the second mock up is what I'd like to achieve.  Thanks.
