Hi,
Officially there are only the settings in the page https://Yourserver:port/#/admin/settings/newsstand.
The images used by the Web Console are in the folder C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\webconsole\img. You could try to change them at your own risk. I strongly suggest to create a backup before to change them.
Remember that is not an official procedure and I did not tested if the folder will be overwrites during an update procedure.
So pay great attention.
