Change the Qlik NPrinting Server Hostname

Following the change of the NPrinting server hostname, the services listed below will be stopped:
- QlikNPrintingMessagingService
- Qlik NPrinting Scheduler service

To address this, I am attempting the procedure outlined in the following link:

However, after executing the "rabbitmq-service.bat remove" command, the process appears to be in progress but does not complete.

Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? I would appreciate any assistance or insights you may have.

Thank you.

I suggest that you make a back up of your NP database asap.

Then uninstall and reinstall the software (NP engine and NP server).

Then perform a database restore to the reinstalled NP server. (Before restoring, ensure to reapply the license file to the reinstalled NP server).

You may have damaged the install based on what you say that you've done to try to fix. ie: You may have missed the point in the article you shared which states that fix is for 2018 and earlier versions.

Kind regards...
