Connect NPrinting Server to One or More Qlik Sense servers

Hello Everyone.

I need your help.

*******************

We are trying to connect to two Qliks Sense with one Nprinting Engine server.

However, We do not connector Qlik Sense because the certificate setting is not working peorperly.

1.

We are renamed the two certificates differently and copied them to the folder(=C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Settings\SenseCertificates) according to your guide.

The verify connection process was failed.

The error message is
" Installed certificates are valid to connect to Qlik Sense."

2.
Does this require additional certification files import operations?

After we are imported operation on two certificates, the verify connection process was failed too.

The error message is
" Installed certificates are valid to connect to Qlik Sense."

3.
This is Help.
"You can only connect to one Qlik Sense server if you use the certificates store. You need to install certificates to the file system if you want to connect to multiple servers."

What does the file system mean in this sentence?

4.
What should we do about the certificate?

Best Regard.

Hi,

Connecting one Qlik NPrinting installation with many Qlik Sense servers is supported. If you do a Run Verification in the connection do you have all checks green? Can you post a screenshot? Thanks

Maybe you miss a step in exporting certificates from Qlik Sense. Be sure to follow the help site page step by step.

Poin 3 is about backward compatibility with old method used to install Qlik Sense certificates. It was used when Qlik NPrinting supported a single Qlik Sense connection. You can ignore this point and simply copy all the certificates you need in the folder C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Settings\SenseCertificates.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hello Lech_Miszkiewicz, Frank_S

Thank you for your response.

I solved as disable "Apply Qlik Sense server certificate validation" option.
