Cycling in Nprinting PDF Report with dynamic emailing

Hi All,
Greetings!!
I am new to Nprinting.
I am trying to implement below scenario.
Need to create PDF report in N-Printing with Cycle option based on State. (This part I am able to do it and its working fine).
After this, I am trying to create task and send email dynamically based on State related users.
Eg : Lets saw there are five states (A,B,C,D & E). Also five users (User1,…User5).
How do I configure eg Sales_A.pdf to User1 dynamically ?
Let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can use the Advanced Search if it is possible in your model, or you can create a new field in the data load script for filtering purposes. More details about filters in the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Static-dynamic-fi...

Another idea could be to create filters by importing an Excel file with also the associations user - filteres https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Import-Users-Fi...

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi,

I suggest you to start by reading the Getting Started part of the help site at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Get-started.htm. It describes a case similar to your.

Cycles create a different file for each distinct value of selected fields. Instead to send to a user only reports related to some values of selected fields you need to use filters.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the url.

If I start creating the filters then I need to create more filters eg : My Field having 300 distinct values. Is there any way to create the filters dynamically. Thanks
