Date "last updated" tasks not updated

Today I updated several Tasks. However the date "Last updated" did not change.

Server date and desktop date are correct.

In the meantime we updated to version May 2021. Did not pay attention to this behaviour since then.

@curiousfellow did you update the metadata before running the tasks?

@Lucas_Gatling That is irrelevant in this case i think…

Last update on task should update when you change something on the task; like add new recipient or change email content or maybe add another report to the task. I guess last update @curiousfellow is talking about is the one you see next to task in admin console…

Personally i never paid enough attention to those and now i am on version which is close to 10 releases forward which is hard to compare and i am using audit to show all that info.

cheers Lech, When applicable please mark the correct/appropriate replies as "solution" (you can mark up to 3 "solutions". Please LIKE threads if the provided solution is helpful to the problem.

@curiousfellow

  • The version of NPrinting you are using is no longer supported (April 2019) and 'could' be - in part - responsible for the problem.
  • The other possibility is that you have old cached pages. Try dumping the browser cache, restart all NPrinting services and check again.

Kind regards...

ps: I see that this discussion was posted more than a year ago so I suspect @curiousfellow has long since upgraded and is no longer seeing the issue.
