Is there any option for Dynamic subject in email nprinting 17.2.3?
Hi djk,
We dynamically change subject line if the dynamic part of subject is set as one of the attribute of user. e.g. if you want name of the respective user in the Subject Line, you can do it the same way we make it for Dynamic Body.
Have a look at the attached screenshot.
Hope that helps !
Best,
Hardik
Hi Predoole,
Yes, there is an option to have dynamic subject in email nprinting 17.2.
You can move your cursor to Email Body, select HTML and select Tags. There you can select various parameters associated to users. e.g. Username, User Company, etc.
While importing users, you can have these fields contain the value you want to be added in the subject line as dynamic subject line.
Hope that works !

Hardik
Hi,
So far NPrinting 17.x (currently 17.3) has no option to dynamically change the e-mail subject.
HTH - Daniel.
If that dynamic part is associated to user to whom email is being sent, you can definitely make your subject dynamic.
Please let me know your requirement in much detailed if you need detailed explanation.
Best,
Hardik
Hi Hardik,
I am interested to know how you would dynamically change the subject of the e-mail in NPrinting 17.x. Lets say I have two recipients for a Publish Task User1 & User2. I would like the e-mail sent to each to have subject (not body) dynamically changed to be "Report for "+<user name>.
Thanks,
Daniel.

Hi Hardik,
You are absolutely right and I stand corrected! I tested with the version 16 parameters assuming they would be the same in 17 but they obviously are not. I did not think to try copying them from the body.
Many thanks for pointing that out.
Best,
Daniel.
You're Welcome Daniel !

Thanks in advanced.
