Emails distribution stopped suddenly in NPrinting

Hi,

We are using NP 17.2.2.0 with qliksense 3.2, where we were able to send emails to recipients. But from yesterday NP stopped sending mails and shows below error in log.

Failed to send e-mail for bucket 2028c1a2-b6f7-4437-b788-b01f07543a18.            The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [NMVZGCA0022.dfgh11.dfg.outlook.com]


In email setting i have below:

Adress: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

username: XXXXXXX

defaultsenderEmail: XXXXXX



Please guide me to solve this issue.

Please check if password of that email id is changed or expired

Hi. 


We've seen this. We ended up upgrading to the June17 release and it resolved our issue.

Hello Jason,

Can you please explain how to upgrade and to the new version? Is there an extra charge for the upgrade. I am also facing a similar challenge.

Hi Tunde,

No charge to upgrade if you're already using nPrinting 17. Just go to the download portal (Try or Buy) and download the latest version of nPrinting.

One thing to note, if you're not on 17.2, you'll have to upgrade to that version first, then upgrade to the June 17 release.
