Error: Installed certificates are valid to connect to Qlik Sense

Hi,

I am using NPrinting Feb 2025 SR5, I installed and configured myself and it was working well for months now, my IT recently turned off Internet on this server where NPrinting is installed and have configured a proxy server for Internet via some port.

Now when I got my internet back and using some host entry got NPrinting to work and resolve license verification using -
54.200.236.202 license.qlikcloud.com
98.91.13.249 license.qlikcloud.com
10.210.248.121 license.qlikcloud.com

Now my connection isn't getting done correctly, I have recreated and installed certificates many times now from QlikSense to NPrinting using IP and FQDN but still getting error at certificate part.

Please let me know how to resolve it ASAP. @QFabian @PrashantSangle @Nicole-Smith

Thanks & Regards,
Please Accepts as Solution if it solves your query.

Hi

Check below

Use the Qlik Sense FQDN, not the IP, and ensure it matches the certificate SAN/CN.

Re-export client.pfx and root.cer from QMC and install them correctly on the NPrinting Engine.

Ensure the certificates are accessible to the NPrinting service account.

Verify firewall/proxy access from NPrinting to Qlik Sense ports 4242/4243.

Check C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs for RemoteCertificateNameMismatch, UntrustedRoot, or connection errors.
