Failed generation of report in NPrinting. Error: failed to render

Hi All,

I have created a report in Nprinting. It works during the Preview and when task is run.

But when i included 2 more reports to that task, it is throwing me the below error:

Failed generation of report 28...... for user abc... . ERROR: System.Exception: Object JMjSeES of Sense app 123 failed to render. ERROR: Navigator navigator=qliksense;proxyurl=https://servername/;appid=123;identity=identityid  is stuck and can't be used anymore to resolve requests ---> Internal error [-128]:Internal error()

Please guide me how to resolve.

Thanks in advance,

Pranathi.

Hello @gsaipran -

I see you are using Qlik NPrinting 18.x are you able to easily upgrade?

There have been many defect fixes as well as performance enhancements in the 19.x releases.

The latest one out thus far is November 2019.

Regards,

Eva

Hi,

Be sure that the Qlik Sense object JMjSeES  still exists in the connected app. Refresh the connection cache, close and reopen the Qlik NPrinting Designer and try to add it again. It must be visible in the list.

Ruggero

Hi,

It seems an error that comes from the Qlik Sense server. Please open a support ticket, include the full log files and the versions of the softwares you are using.
