How to find the version of template in nprinting

Hello,

Is it possible to find and upload the template which is imported in our nprinting webconsole ?

On our test environment for nprinting webconsole, we want to test new templates.

If it doesn't work with these new templates, we want to put the initial templates but we don't know how to them back?

Thanks in advance.

Chloé

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting has not a versioning system for templates. You have to manage this feature manually by exporting the old one before replacing it with the new one. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Import-expo...

If you replace a template without exporting it before you cannot roll back.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hello. If you are asking where the Nprinting templates are stored on the Nprinting server please see the following link:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Where-are-NPrinting-templates-reports-saved/ta-p/1716158

You can always export the existing report template. That way if you need to reuse the initial NP template you can always re-import the original template.
