How to receive one mail with all receipient in copy

Hello,

Today, when i add the users in the taks  (Users/groups) and execute the distribution, I receive one mail by user.

I want to receive one mail with all user un copy because my user must need to reply to all users

I know that if I add the mails in CC part, it's work but how to produce the same result with the internals users Nprinting

Thanks

Gaëtan

Hi Gaëtan,

If you think about it, every user (recipient) in a single task could potentially be expected to receive differently filtered reports (based on User filters or Section Access). So NPrinting will necessarily produce a separate email  for each. You do not want users getting information they are not supposed to get. Not using Section Access or User Filters in some cases will not cause NPrinting to work any differently.
