Hi,

If you are using QlikView NPrinting 16.5 please plan the migration to the latest version as soon as possible. Refer to Migrating for the details.

We have too little information about how the QlikView document with the button is built to understand.

In Qlik NPrinting you can use filters to set variable values. So, if your QVW uses a variable, you can create a filter that sets it and apply the filter to the template. Another solution could be to create two hidden charts in a visible QVW sheet, refresh the connection cache and use those charts for the template.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

@Harish77  just to echo Frank and Ruggero, if you are still on NPrinting version 16.5, be advised its no longer supported by Qlik, so plan to migrate as quickly as possible.  If you need assistance with the migration reach out to your Qlik Account Manager, they can put in  request to Qlik Professional Services on your behalf, they have people with experience migrating NPrinting.

Also what version of QlikView are you on? Currently only 12.60 and 12.70 are supported, if you are on a version older than that it should also be upgraded as well 🙂
