Images not being displayed in n printing ppt or excel report

Dears,

I have a simple Qlik Sense Dashboard and nprinting Report.

i am displaying images in Table in Qlik Sense dashboard.(using online URL).

example below. (qlik sense table)

then i put the table as image in nprinting, 

when i preview the report OR generate report using on-Demand OR generating report using publish task

i am getting urls of images instead of Actuals Images.

Environment: Qlik sense client managed jun-2022 and same version of nprinting, Microsoft office 2019.

HI, 

Have you tried following:

• RDP to NPrinitng server as NPrinting service account
• open Qlik Sense hub and then this app from there
• Check if you can see your images?

I assume the problem is that from NPrinting server those images may not be accessible hence cannot be generated. 

I have not tested implementing image of table with images in PPT so my above comment is purely based on my assumptions.

Thanks for the reply,

i opened the qlik sense dashboard on my laptop and i can see the images, (i have internet access on my laptop)

but when i opened the dashboard on qlik sense server, i can not see the images but i can see urls of images.

and yes, my nprinting and qlik server does not have internet access.

reports are generated on NPrinting server so images must be accessible on NPrinting server. 

• You can upload your images to Qlik Sense library and reference its url address: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/February2023/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_De...

  • dont worry about creating map object when it comes to NPrinting report just use table for that in your case
