Impact of upgrading MS Office to PowerPoint Template in Qlik NPrinting

Hi All,

I'm using Qlik NPrinting 18.9.5 version with Microsoft Office 2010 version in PowerPoint template.

If Microsoft Office gets upgraded to Office 2016, will PowerPoint template in Qlik NPrinting be upgraded automatically or I'll have to upgrade NPrinting ?

Hi,

You must be sure to install a version of Microsoft Office supported by Qlik NPrinting. The list is here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-re...

Note that Office 2016 365 is not supported. Office 2016 is supported but you must install the non-365 version.

Templates are not changed when upgrading Office. They will continue to work and you can edit them after the Office upgrade.
