Is it possible to know if recipients open email attachment?

Hello,

The title says it all. Does NPrinting have the capabilities to know if report recipients open email attachments? Specifically PDF and Excel attachments. It would be useful to know which recipients are opening reports, and which ones are not engaging.

Unfortunately, NPrinting cannot deliver read/opened receipts.

However, log files exist in which NP administrators can receive "success" logs.

These text log files contain send or failure information as to whether a email was sent or not.

To set this up, use the following link Configure Options and go to the section:

Log Settings: Log Files and Notification alerts
