Is there any automated way to update SMTP user password ?
Hi Team,
Is there a supported way to automate updating the SMTP password in Qlik NPrinting?
I noticed that the password is stored in encrypted form in the SMTP configuration, so directly updating it is not straightforward.
Due to our organization's password rotation policy, we need to update the SMTP password regularly without manual intervention. Is there any supported approach, such as a PowerShell script, REST API, or command-line utility, to automate this process?
We are currently using Qlik NPrinting February 2024.
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, there's no such feature. The only supported method is through the user interface.
