Issue after N printing upgrade to Version May-2021

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to N printing Version May-2021 after upgrade when try to refresh the connection we are getting below error.

Our Qlik version is 12.50 and Qlik desktop version 12.50 which is supported by N printing Version May 2021.

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

@Rajeshhyd have you attempted a complete Server reboot after the upgrade?

We restarted the server but issue is still not resolved.

Hi David,

We tried re install the Qlik Desktop V12.5 but issue is still not resolved. Then we installed Qlik Desktop Version:12.7 now we are getting Qlik view Server mismatch.

Even though May -2020 version support desktop v:12.5 we get Desktop version not supported after upgrade to v12.7 we are getting this error.

How can we resolve this.
