Hi Experts,

I need some guidance in NPrinting.

I know how to create the reports based on the Cycling the field which creates multiple reports.

However, how to connect the recipients to those reports dynamically?

what are you cycling the report on?

If you use section access, you can add that in the distribution and the report will be reduced based on the user before sending :

Thanks for the quick reply.

Let me give you more detail about my required.

Lets say I have a field which is called Sales_Rep and it has 10 members.I am using this field in the cycle which creates 10 reports.

I have their email ids and I can create a recipient group.

I would like to know,how to connect them for their own report in Nprinting

I don't know exactly if you at all can do what you describe, however a possible workaround is to create filters for every recipient instead of cycling the report :
