NP task freez log not updating

hi all

i have a report task running for 1 day and doesnt sucseed to finish.

 usaly takes about 5 minuts to finish successfuly .

in the log there is no information exept the starting of this task

Service 29/12/2018 18:00:05 Message Service: event started
Service 29/12/2018 18:00:05 Message Run Schedule: Task_2
Service 29/12/2018 18:00:05 Message Run Job: Task_2
Service 29/12/2018 18:00:05 Message Run Task: Task_2

Hello, 

Could you give us the version of NPrinting you are using ? 

Is if NPrinting with QlikView or Qlik Sense ? 

If it's QlikView, perhaps the instance of QlikView Desktop got stuck for some reason. You can check this article to monitor what is happening in the background How To Enable Interactive Session Detection

In any case, you might get more info in the actual log files under C:\Programdata\NPrinting\Logs.

I would check the scheduler and engine logs
