NPrinting 17 upgradation issue

hi experts..

    I have installed NPrinting 17 SR1 successfully then i try to import reports from NP16 :

Before started to import reports in NP17. i open the NP16 in another machine then opne then .nsq file and make the Zip file by clicking the Export reports.my template format is .xlsx then i copied the zip file to my machine and create new report in NP17 and then clicking then edit template the excel page was opend so i try to import report using that Zip file ..Its shows Error like below

how can i resolve this issue

anyone suggesting me?

Sankar - what is the file name of the report you are trying to import? There is a bug with NP17 using special characters in the filename that will be resolved in NP 17.1.
