Are both the server and the designer the same version?

Is this something that happens for all users and reports?

Did it work normally in the past?

Hi,

Based on the error message you are running on the Client a Qlik NPrinting Designer of a version different than the Qlik NPrinting Server.

I suppose you updated the Qlik NPrinting Server and the Designer installed on the server but you forget to upgrade the Designer installed in the client.

I also suggest to keep your installation aligned with latest available version.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
