NPrinting Template - Column names shows the expression

Hi Everyone!

I'm an Nprinting user since a while - I was using it together with Qlikview.

Today I started to use it together with Qlik Sense and I have the following issue:

The table columns names shows the expression instead of the label only:

Sample table in QS:

The same in NPrinting:

Is it possible to show only the column label in Nprinting table fields like it is for Qlikview?

Rationale behind this - This is not a cosmetic issue but rather, if for any reason i have to update the expression on QS it will break up the reports

Thank you in advance for your time!

It is annoying, isn't it? What you see is working as designed - sorry

My solutions to this are:

  • use variables instead of naked expressions in Qlik Sense objects... or
  • use master items

From my learnings this is something I am already aware of so when working and building Qlik Sense apps it is just part of my "best practice" and I live with this.

hope this helps!
